Terms and Conditions (for International Orders from Japan)

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all international orders placed on our website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
All products are shipped directly from Tokyo, Japan.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1 Total Payment

The total payment amount includes the product price plus international shipping cost.
All prices are automatically calculated in currency JPY, USD, EUR, and GBP currency at the daily exchange rate.

2.2 Payment Methods

Customers can choose from two payment options:

(a) Bank Transfer

• Please transfer the total amount to our designated our Bank account.
• Be sure to include your order number and phone number in the payment reference field.
• Payment must be completed within 7 days after placing the order.
• Your order will be confirmed only after we have verified your payment.

⚠️ Shipments will be made only after full payment has been confirmed.

(b) Credit Card Payment

We accept major international credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover via Stripe.
When paying by credit card, the system will automatically verify your card and confirm the payment immediately.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Method

All orders are shipped by FedEx Express or Economy Express Air Cargo from Tokyo, Japan.
In some regions (such as Asia), Japan Post International Air Mail may be used as an alternative certified service.

3.2 Shipping Fee

Shipping fees will be added based on the product and delivery destination.
The shipping cost is calculated according to the actual or volumetric weight of the item.

3.3 Delivery Time

• After payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within approximately 3-5 business days.
• Air shipping normally takes 7–14 business days to arrive.
• During busy seasons (New Year, Lunar New Year, or international holidays), deliveries may take longer.
  We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays.

4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

• Depending on the country of import, customs duties or local taxes may apply.
• These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
• For Mongolia: if the same product exceeds three (3) pieces per person, customs tax may apply.
• If any customs or import tax arises, it must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 3 hours after placing it.
After 3 hours, we begin processing and preparing your shipment, so your order becomes final and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Once the order has entered the preparation stage, it is considered a final sale.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if cancellation is caused by our mistake (e.g., product unavailable or duplicate order).

• For credit card payments, refunds will be issued to the same card within 7–14 days, depending on the card company.
• For bank transfers, we will contact you and refund the amount to your bank account.
  Please note that any bank fees or service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Returns and Exchanges

• Because all items are shipped internationally by air, returns and exchanges are not accepted except for cases caused by our error.
• Please carefully review product details such as name, composition, weight, size, and photos before ordering.
• We ensure all products are new, authentic, and securely packaged before shipment.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Once the parcel is handed over to FedEx (or Japan Post), it becomes the courier’s responsibility.
In case of damage or loss during transit, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
We can assist with claims, but we are not liable for compensation beyond the carrier’s policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, Japan.
